Responsibilities:
1. responsible for terminal product technical support, accept and solve product failure problems, to assist the region to improve the product problem judgment and processing ability; 2. maintain good communication with customers, real-time grasp of customer needs, to provide customers with active, enthusiastic, satisfactory and considerate service; 3. proficient in the company's products, can independently complete the solutions required by the customer, independently deal with the negotiation of the order, the signing of the contract, transportation tracking, collection and after-sales.
Requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, communication, electronics, marketing and other related majors.
2. Sincere and down-to-earth, hard-working, with a high sense of responsibility, excellent language skills, communication and coordination skills and stress tolerance;
3. Willing to accept the domestic provincial capitals and cities long-term assignment is preferred.
