In the severely affected areas of Wenchang, Chengmai, Lingao, Ding'an and other cities and counties, a large number of natural village roads have been severely damaged, communication facilities have been severely damaged, mobile communication has been interrupted, broadband signals have disappeared, and local villagers have been unable to contact their relatives and friends for several consecutive days. Multiple townships have fallen into a "communication blind spot" dilemma.

Faced with the challenge, Youhua immediately activated the emergency plan, tilted all resources, handled all processes with special procedures, and responded as quickly as possible. They dispatched a professional team carrying satellite communication equipment TD68 to the front line to support the restoration of communication in Hainan.

To ensure sufficient satellite communication emergency equipment, we arrived in Hainan as soon as possible to participate in the rescue. After receiving the emergency rescue notice at 10am on September 9th, the first batch of Tiantongmao equipment arrived at the Hainan Telecom Hub Building at 17:30pm on the same day and completed equipment testing and training with colleagues from the Hainan Telecom Network Department at 6pm. The assault rescue team arrived at the Puqian Town government and transmitted the installation package of the Tiantongmao APP to the town government staff's mobile phones via Bluetooth. After the APP was installed, the town government staff made the first external call and established contact with the outside world.

They arrived in Haikou at 2:00 am on the 11th and delivered the devices to Hainan Telecom Provincial Company on the morning of the 11th.
